The only vinaigrette you'll ever need! Hidden Valley's special blend of herbs & spices makes a Classic Vinaigrette, or use as a base to make Balsamic, Raspberry, or Mediterranean Vinaigrette. Makes 1 gallon.

Mix it up fresh many different ways, with Hidden Valley® Vinaigrette Dry Mix Packets. Simply add oil, vinegar and water to make 1 gallon of Classic Vinaigrette dressing. Or substitute or add just one more ingredient to create a Balsamic, Raspberry or Mediterranean Vinaigrette — the possibilities are endless. Perfect for salads or as a marinade for chicken, steak, fish and more.

Classic Vinaigrette Directions: MAKES ONE GALLON.

  1. Add ½ quart (2 cups) water, ¾ quart (3 cups) white distilled vinegar and contents of packet to a bowl.
  2. Mix 2 minutes with electric mixer at high speed.
  3. Reduce mixer speed and slowly add 2¼ quarts (9 cups) oil. Mix 1 minute at high speed.
  4. For optimum flavor and thickness, refrigerate 12 hours minimum before serving. Keep refrigerated.

Mediterranean Vinaigrette Directions: MAKES ONE GALLON.
Same directions as Classic, but substitute apple cider vinegar for white distilled vinegar.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Directions: MAKES ONE GALLON.
Same directions as Classic, but substitute balsamic vinegar for white distilled vinegar.

Raspberry Vinaigrette Directions: MAKES ONE GALLON.

  1. Add 1¼ quarts (5 cups) water, ½ quart (2 cups) white distilled vinegar, ¾ quart (3 cups) raspberry preserves and contents of packet to a bowl.
  2. Mix 2 minutes with electric mixer at high speed.
  3. Reduce mixer speed and slowly add 1½ quarts (6 cups) oil. Mix 1 minute at high speed.
  4. For optimum flavor and thickness, refrigerate 12 hours minimum before serving. Keep refrigerated.

Marinade Directions:

  1. Follow Classic Vinaigrette preparation instructions.
  2. Marinate in a closed container in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins. For stronger flavor, marinate longer.
  3. Cook food per usual instructions. Discard marinade.
